Tackling tight jaw 101

If you have headaches for no apparent reasons, pain or discomfort in your jaw joint,
neck and shoulder or upper back pain, grind your teeth or clench your jaw, this
introductory workshop is for you.

• We'll focus on simple, yet very powerful self-care practices that will help you improve your jaw functioning.
• You'll gain a basic understanding of how your jaw problems involve your total body and nervous system.
