Pain, stress and anxiety-related symptoms are common in our modern lives and their causes are diverse. The result—feeling hopeless or trapped in discomfort—is a spot none of us wants to be. This workshop focuses on identifying sources of challenge and uncovering practical skills for restoring hope and momentum.
